Our 3-Step Process

Performance Physical Therapy sessions follow the Peak Performance Therapy 3-step approach to Create More Resilient Athletes:

  • Reset

We quiet the noise and address the root cause of what's actually driving your symptoms. No guessing, no chasing symptoms -- just a clear, clinical reset of your system so it can function the way it was designed to.

  • Rebuild

Now we get to work. Your sessions are focused on correcting and rebuilding mobility, strength, stability, and capacity with intention so your body can handle real life (and real training) without breaking down. Every session builds on the last.

  • Refine

This is where it gets exciting. You're not just out of pain — you're a more resilient athlete. We fine-tune how you move, train, and perform so you're not just out of pain--you're operating at a higher level than before.

What People Are Saying About Peak Performance

Helping People Get Out of Pain

At Peak Performance Therapy Services, every service starts with a thorough movement evaluation. We assess first, always: we understand why the pain started and what is keeping it from resolving before a single treatment is applied. The plan that follows is built entirely around your body, your goals, and the life you want to get back to.

Our services include dry needling therapy in Greenwood, SC as part of a full range of physical therapy in Greenwood for active adults and athletes: knee pain treatment and post-surgical rehabilitation, shoulder pain and rotator cuff injuries, low back pain and sciatica, and overuse injuries from running, CrossFit, and high-load training. For women across all stages of life, we offer postpartum recovery and pelvic floor physical therapy, including prenatal support, return-to-activity progressions after delivery, and menopause and healthy aging support focused on long-term function and confidence in movement.

Hands-on care integrates manual therapy, cupping, IASTM, and trigger point therapy with blood flow restriction, KT taping, and neuromuscular re-education. A movement screen and running form assessment inform the plan from the first visit, and return-to-sport testing clears athletes to compete based on objective performance data. For those ready to go further than pain relief, performance training with our certified strength and conditioning coach and nutrition coaching provide a complete pathway to peak performance.
