Expert Dry Needling in Greenwood, SC
Get out of pain, return to the things you love, and reach your peak. At Peak Performance Therapy Services, our AAOMT-certified dry needling in Greenwood, SC targets the root cause of your pain so it does not come back.
Still Hurting After Rest, Stretching, and PT?
You have tried taking it easy, doing the generic exercises, and following the standard referral-based PT playbook. If the pain keeps coming back, the approach is the problem, not you.
Cookie-Cutter PT Is Not Enough
Generic programs treat symptoms, not causes. When you spend 10 minutes with a tech doing the same exercises as everyone else, the underlying problem never gets resolved and the pain returns the moment you push again.
Rest Only Masks the Problem
Time off can quiet the pain temporarily, but if the root cause is never identified, it comes back the moment you return to running, lifting, or the sport you love. You deserve a plan, not just a pause.
Pain Is Stealing What Matters Most
Whether it is a race on the calendar, a WOD you cannot finish, or simply keeping up with your family, unresolved pain takes time and joy away from the people and activities that define your life.

Our 3-Step Approach to Getting You Back on Track
Step 1: Reform and Reset
We identify the true root cause of your pain using a thorough evaluation and movement screen, then use advanced tools including dry needling, manual therapy, and cupping to relieve pain and reset your body.
Step 2: Rebuild
We correct the mobility, strength, and movement pattern gaps that caused your injury in the first place, rebuilding a more resilient foundation using therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and blood flow restriction training.
Step 3: Create and Refine
We help you reach your peak and stay there with performance programming, strength coaching, and nutrition support designed around your specific sport, goals, and lifestyle so you can keep doing what you love for the long haul.

Dry needling is an advanced manual therapy technique where a thin, sterile needle is inserted into a muscle trigger point to release tension, reduce pain, and restore mobility. Unlike acupuncture, which is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling is based on Western anatomy and neuromuscular science.
