You deserve more than a quick fix. Your Body Is Sending Signals. Are You Listening?
Leaking, pelvic pressure, pain with movement, or a core that just doesn't feel right after having a baby are not things you have to live with. They are signs your body needs targeted, expert care.
You're Told to Just Rest
Generic advice to "wait and see" leaves you stuck. Weeks go by, the symptoms linger, and you fall further behind on the goals that matter to you.
You're Pushed Through Insurance Hoops
Cookie-cutter treatment plans driven by billing codes, not your body. You share your therapist with four other patients and leave with the same sheet of exercises as everyone else.
Nobody Explains the Why
You know something is wrong but no one has taken the time to find out what or why. Without a real root-cause answer, the problem keeps coming back.
Greenwood's Home for Performance-First Pelvic Care
At Peak Performance, pelvic floor physical therapy is performance care. Whether you are a postpartum mom ready to run again, an active woman navigating menopause, or an athlete dealing with core and pelvic symptoms, we build a plan around your goals and your life. Every session is 60 minutes with your Doctor of Physical Therapy, no techs, no handoffs, and no insurance restrictions on your time or treatment.

"Meredith is a top-notch, extremely knowledgeable physical therapist. Her focus is as much on preventing future injury as it is treating the current problem. She provided home exercises in writing and video. My husband and I agree that Peak Performance was money well spent."
Your Path to Peak Performance Starts Here
Step 1: Reform and Reset
We begin with a thorough movement screen and full evaluation to identify the true root cause of your symptoms. No guessing, no generic protocols. We find out why it hurts and map out exactly what needs to change.
Step 2: Rebuild
Using hands-on manual therapy, pelvic floor internal techniques, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and individualized programming, we systematically restore your strength, mobility, and confidence in your body.
Step 3: Create and Refine
Once you're moving well and feeling strong, we build on that foundation. Return-to-sport testing, running form assessments, and performance training ensure you stay strong, stay injury-free, and keep getting better.
