Expert Knee Pain Relief in Greenwood, SC

Your knee pain has a root cause, and finding it is exactly what we do. At Peak Performance Therapy Services in Greenwood, SC, you get one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is focused entirely on you. No referral needed. No rushing. Just real answers and a clear path back to the activities you love.

Still Hurting After Weeks of Rest?

Knee pain does not just go away on its own. When left unaddressed, it changes how you move, limits what you can do, and slowly takes more and more away from your daily life.

The Pain Keeps Coming Back

You rest, it feels better, you get back to your routine, and it flares up again. Without treating the actual cause, the cycle never ends.

You Are Modifying Everything

Skipping workouts, cutting runs short, avoiding stairs, choosing the elevator. Knee pain quietly shrinks your world when it goes untreated.

Generic Advice Is Not Working

Ice it. Stretch it. Take ibuprofen. You have heard it all and you are still not better. You deserve a plan built specifically for you.

Why Greenwood Chooses Peak Performance PT

We do not just treat where your knee hurts. We find out why it hurts. Every session at our Greenwood clinic is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, built around your goals, your body, and your life. Whether you are a runner, a CrossFitter, an active parent, or someone who just wants to get back to walking without pain, we have a clear process to get you there.

  • One-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy focused entirely on you

  • Root-cause focused care that identifies why your knee hurts, not just where

  • Direct access in South Carolina means no doctor referral required to get started

I'm still in the beginning stages of my knee recovery, but I without a doubt would give them five stars without hesitation. I highly recommend them!"

Our 3-Step Plan to Get You Back to Your Best

Step 1: Identify the Root Cause

We start with a thorough movement and performance evaluation to understand exactly why your knee pain started and what is keeping it from getting better. No guessing, no generic protocols.

Step 2: Get Out of Pain

Using hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and targeted treatments, we address the source of your pain and get you moving confidently again.

Step 3: Achieve Peak Performance

Pain relief is just the beginning. We build you back stronger than before, using strength training, movement correction, and performance programming so your knee pain does not come back.
