Big News: Meet Grace, Our New Strength & Conditioning Coach!

We’ve got some exciting news—our Peak Performance family is growing, (AGAIN!)

Help us give a huge welcome to Grace Beccue, our newest Strength & Conditioning Coach. She’ll be leading our small group fitness sessions and working 1-on-1 with athletes to help them get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in both sport and life.

Grace isn’t just certified (though she is a CSCS through the NSCA with a master’s in Exercise Science). She’s lived the athlete life, too. She grew up playing club soccer before competing at the Division II level for the University of North Georgia. During her master’s program, she was a graduate assistant in the Sports Performance Department at UNG—serving as head strength coach for men’s and women’s soccer, tennis, cross country, track, and even rifle.

But Grace’s coaching doesn’t stop with college athletes. She’s worked with kids as young as U7 soccer players, and she even spent time tutoring high school and college students in Russian (yes, Russian!). No matter the setting, her passion for teaching and helping others shines through.

Grace’s training philosophy is simple but powerful: prepare athletes for their sport and for life after sport. Her approach focuses on longevity—building a foundation of movement literacy, energy system development, balance, and recovery—so her athletes can keep doing what they love for years to come.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll probably find Grace out training for a marathon (mixing in plenty of lifting, of course) or at a local college sports game with her husband, who’s also a strength coach.

We’re so pumped to have Grace on the team and can’t wait for you to meet her in the gym. Be ready—she’s bringing energy, expertise, and a whole lot of passion to every session!
